I’m a seasoned design leader with 12+ years of experience directing UX, research, and product design. I excel at building and inspiring, high-impact design and research teams that solve real problems and deliver clear outcomes for SaaS, enterprise, and consumer platforms. I’m passionate about defining and driving UX vision and strategy for lean UX teams. My success is driven by data-informed design, continuous discovery, and creating exceptional digital experiences that align user needs with business growth.
At work, I enjoy balancing my roles as a leader, mentor, and champion of my UX practice. I try and sneak in some illustration work any chance I can get. Even if it’s just a quick doodle or two.
At home, I build, I create, and I laugh with my wife and kids. I am a sucker for sci-fi and classic Godzilla films. I like to pretend that I’m not too out-of-shape ride my mountain bike. I enjoy camping and hiking. I love finding peace and solace in the great outdoors. I appreciate good friends, intriguing challenges, at taking a moment to find pause in my life.
